Day Delegate Package
Our Day Delegate Packages are bespoke and tailored to your exact requirements.

Our Day Delegate Packages include:
• Hire of a main meeting room
• Natural daylight in all meeting rooms
• Standard conference and A/V equipment
• Chilled water, sweets and stationery
• Air conditioning in majority of main rooms
• On-site technical support
• Unlimited tea/coffee, fruit and homemade treats
• Three course hot and cold buffet lunch served in the main restaurant
(alternative catering available)
• Free Wi-Fi access for all delegates
• Free on site car parking
• Dedicated event manager
• Use of our lawns for outdoor team building
• Complimentary newspapers
Half Day Delegate
Our Half Day Delegate Packages are bespoke and tailored to your exact requirements.

Our Half Day Delegate Packages include:

• Free Wi-Fi access for all delegates

Lunch can be added to your package for an additional cost.
24hr Residential Package
Our 24hr Residential Package includes everything in the Day Delegate Package plus the following:
• Two complimentary break out rooms
• Use of the main Abbey for pre-dinner drinks
• 3 course dinner in the main Abbey Restaurant (upgrade to private dining for an additional cost)
• Overnight accommodation in an ensuite bedroom
• Full English or continental breakfast

Our dedicated sales team are here to answer any questions you may have – however big or small.

Yes, a meeting room can be reserved for up to two weeks.
No deposit is required to reserve a meeting room, we just need a confirmed and signed contract returned as soon as possible with your invoice.
Yes, one of our sales team will be able to help with any queries you may have.
We have a limited supply of projectors and laptops available. For larger events we do work closely with an A/V company that can supply state of the art A/V equipment if required.
Yes we do on request. Please contact the sales office for more information.
Yes, we have five tea and coffee stations around the abbey. Prices starting from £3.60 for unlimited tea and coffee.
Yes we do have free Wi-Fi.
Yes you can, please contact the sales team to arrange a viewing.
Yes we have complimentary parking onsite. (Missenden Abbey has an ANPR parking system and all guests are required to log their car registration plate at Reception to avoid parking charges.)
When you arrive, please go to reception and they will arrange for a member of the sales team to meet with you.
That’s fine, we can add any additional services to your invoice.
We have a 12 week cancellation policy.
Yes we have 57 double en-suite bedrooms available to book.
We have a support services team onsite to help out with any issues.
Yes we do, we can provide flipcharts, pens, pads and post-it notes. Please let us know in advance so that this can be arranged for you.
Yes we have 10 acres of land available for team building.
Yes there is a reduction for charities, please contact the sales team for more information.
No we do not have hot desks available, however we do offer lounge access at £10 per person. Subject to availability. Please speak to a member of the sales team for more info.
