Join us for an elegant afternoon tea in our breath-taking 12th-century Abbey. Spend a lovely afternoon enjoying a mouth-watering treat filled with fresh sandwiches, petit fours, freshly baked scones, tea & coffee.
After you have enjoyed your delicious afternoon tea, wander around our picturesque grounds and soak up the beautiful views of the Chiltern Hills or head into the peaceful town of Great Missenden with so many unique shops to visit.
We proudly serve afternoon tea from 12pm, Thursday – Sunday, subject to availability. Afternoon tea bookings must be booked in advance with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Our choice of Afternoon Teas.
We offer three types of afternoon tea, one traditional, one served with a glass of fizz and our brand new bottomless option. All of our afternoon tea menus are created with homegrown or locally sourced produce ensuring the freshest ingredients are used.
Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options are also available. Please let us know in advance of your visit of any additional dietary requirements. Allergens are available upon request.

Bottomless Afternoon Tea

- Includes everything in our traditional afternoon tea plus enjoy 90 minutes of:
- Unlimited prosecco
- Unlimited soft drinks
Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. Payments will be taken on the morning of booking on the card you have provided. We reserve the right to take payment for non-attendance. Please ensure you add any dietary requirements into the comments box upon booking.
