Online Store Help

When you click a link to purchase a ticket to an event, you will be re-directed to the Bucks New University (owners of Missenden Abbey) online store.

You will be sent directly to the event page relevant to your interest.

You will be asked to log in before you can proceed with your booking. If you do not already have a Bucks Online Store account, you will need to register your information. This will not take long and once you are logged on, it will take you back to your booking.

- You will be asked to select which ticket option you'd like to book. There will usually only be one ticket type.

- You will then need to input your information before you can proceed - to fast track this, you can click the button "use my customer details" which will automatically input the information you registered with.

- You will be asked where you heard about the event; please fill this out as accurately as possible to help us with future marketing targeting.

If you're buying more than one ticket, you will need to click "add delegate" and input information for each ticket. If you do not wish to add other attendee's information, you can re-use your customer details. You will need to do this for each extra ticket you want to purchase.

Once you are happy with the amount of tickets pending, click "add to basket" where you can then proceed to checkout.

This is where you will need to input your billing information and once the purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email of your booking.
